I had my LG washer and dryer for 2 years. Dryers quit working. I call LG for help and was told to call their repair service. I called them and was told sorry we are making appts unless its cover under warranty.

I am so happy with our purchase. This dryer has so many capabilities but the best thing is it has the dry sensor. Our clothes bedding and towels are never damp.

This has been a good machine until recently when the drum began to squeal when drying a load of towels. Weve had a service call and expect the problem to be resolved when the technician returns. Other than the recent issue its been a great machine.

I am absolutely in love with my new LG Smart Dryer It dries my clothes quite well and is very quiet. I love the smart features the dryer has and the fact that I can pretty much set it up to do whatever I would like. It is also very helpful that the door opens two different ways one is handy for removing laundry and the other is so handy for just throwing one more thing in to dry I also got the matching washing machine I love how nice they look in my laundry room and feel like I am spoiled every time I get to go in there and play with my new toys
