There are many things I very much like about this stove, however, the one thing that very much irritates me is the fact that the burner size is not equal to the circles that are depicted on the actual glass. I can put a pot on the stove that is smaller than the defective burners on the glass and only have a much smaller circle heated on my pot. If it wasn’t for this, I would probably like this type of stuff better than gas however because of the unequal heating that I get because of the burner size if it was my option, I would go back to gas.

I have to give a well-done to Lowes delivery/installation team that arrived with my new Frigidaire range. They were professional and courteous. Imagine my disappointment though when, after my 30" Freestanding Induction Range with Air Fry arrived, I discovered my Farberware pots and pans would not work. I quickly tested each alleged stainless-steel pan with a magnet and found them not to be magnetic. I had assumed that they would work because stainless steel should be magnetic. I quickly hopped on Amazon and ordered a set of induction grade pans. We just love the look and ease of use of this Freestanding Induction Range. So much so that we are considering buying the matching refrigerator. I need to get the correct model # of the matching refrigerator in order to see if the dimensions will work in the small space I have.We are still trying to learn the nuances of cooking with this range. Such as how is baking convection and baking different? It appears they both are accomplished the same way. My only complaint with the range is the "HOT SURFACE" light remains on after use. Other than that, love it!!!

This was a game changer in our house. It heats up quick, so we're using less electricity. It matches everything in the kitchen. It is so easy to clean up after use. The only con I believe is if Fridgidaire is going to promote the unit has an air fryer then it should include the rack to air fry the food. You must buy that separately and it usually runs $50 at the time of this writing. It is worth it though if you plan to air fry a lot. No complaints other than that. You will have to learn to cook differently if this is your first Induction range. Happy Cooking!

Cooking - improved!

Only recently purchased, but definitely a step up from our gas range and stove. Love how fast the induction cooktop boils water for tea.
