| "I recently purchased a Maytag Refridgerator from your louisville store. I knew what I was looking for when I came in. So when I asked for a price on the refridgerator the salesman expained to me that I was looking at a special counter depth style. He took me to the correct style I needed. He was able to answer any question I had, very professionally and confident. Then when it came time to give me a quote on it, it was cheaper than everywhere I researched. It was even in stock.
When it came to delivery, that was great service also. There was a dent in the refridgerator and they let me know up front. Last time I had something delivered they tried to act surprised when I pointed out the damage, but that is a whole other company, not Charlie Wilsons. The gentlemen bringing in the large appliance did not damage anything. They were very respectful of our home, and didnt seem bothered that it was a difficult task. They took our old one out and picked up all debris that came with the new one.
I have some friends doing some remodeling and I have already talked to them about making sure they stop by your store. This was my third appliance purchase from your store."
